All vendors are responsible for the following: all money transactions, trash collection, safe handling of food/drinks, clean water for food prep, and display tables and covering (pop up tent). Each space is a 12ftx12ft.
No music shall be played at the vendor's setups, no alcohol, and no offensive or obscene materials displayed. Set up available on the day of after 9 am and break down by 730pm. Note: All Payments must be received by January 10, 2026 to guarantee your spot.
Registrations must include a contact name, business name, contact number, and product selling by December 31st. You will receive a link by email with rules/contractor and instructions for payment. No refunds will be reimbursed after January 10, 2026

Examples of allowed Florida cottage foods include non-potentially hazardous items like baked goods (breads, cakes, cookies, pastries), candies, honey, jams, jellies, and preserves, dried fruits, dry herbs, seasonings, and mixes, homemade pasta, cereals, trail mixes, and granola, coated or uncoated nuts, vinegars, and popcorn. These foods do not require refrigeration or temperature control for safety.
